You can cancel, pause, or change your treatment plan at any time through your patient portal — no penalties, no contracts, no questions asked. Future shipments stop immediately upon cancellation. Already-shipped medication is non-refundable because it has left a US-licensed pharmacy under federal regulations governing prescription dispensing — but no further charges are made after cancellation. If you ever want to restart the same plan, your provider can reactivate the prescription without you completing the intake again.
